Job summary

Lifeline Homecare Inc. is seeking dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality, non-medical in-home support, helping clients maintain independence with dignity.

You’ll work across diverse home environments, delivering compassionate care and coordinating notes via a mobile app. Benefits include flexible scheduling, on-demand pay, paid training, travel time, mileage reimbursement, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to read, write, and follow complex instructions.
• Must pass a criminal background check and a drug screen.
• Provide a negative TB test and annual screenings.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Daily Living Support: cooking, light cleaning, household chores, and personal care.
• Care Coordination: manage multiple clients and detailed care notes via our mobile app.
• Advocacy: report any suspected abuse or neglect to supervisors.
• Transportation: assist clients to appointments and errands.
