Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and liability insurance.
• Criminal background check and drug screen must be clear.
• Provide negative TB test and annual screenings.

Responsibilities

• Daily Living Support: cooking, light cleaning and personal care.
• Care Coordination and detailed notes via mobile app.
• Advocacy: report abuse or neglect immediately to supervisors.
• Transportation: assist clients to appointments and errands.
