HomeCare Advocacy Network of Southwest Iowa is seeking compassionate individuals to join our in-home caregiving team in Persia, IA. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide companionship, non-medical support, and assistance to clients in their own homes, helping them live safely and with dignity.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have auto insurance.
• Paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Drive or accompany clients to errands, appointments, or activities
• Offer medication reminders (non-clinical)
• Support with bathing, hygiene, and mobility
• Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs
• Ensure home safety and fall prevention
• Offer respite care for family caregivers
