HomeCare Advocacy Network (HCAN) is seeking compassionate individuals to join our In-Home Caregiver team in Southwest Iowa. This role focuses on non-medical support, companionship, and helping clients maintain independence and dignity at home.

As an In-Home Caregiver, you’ll assist with daily tasks, provide emotional support, and ensure safety. Flexible scheduling, paid training, and competitive pay are offered to help you grow with HCAN.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Drive or accompany clients to errands, appointments, or activities
• Offer medication reminders (non-clinical)
• Support with bathing, hygiene, and mobility
• Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs
• Ensure home safety and fall prevention
• Offer respite care for family caregivers
