HomeCare Advocacy Network is seeking compassionate individuals to become in-home caregivers in the Persia, IA area. You will provide non-medical support to clients in their own homes, offering companionship, help with daily activities, and transportation for errands and appointments.

This flexible role emphasizes dignity, safety, and independence for clients, with training provided and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Drive or accompany clients to errands, appointments, or activities.
• Offer medication reminders (non-clinical).
• Support with bathing, hygiene, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs.
• Ensure home safety and fall prevention.
• Offer respite care for family caregivers.
