Job summary

HomeCare Advocacy Network of Southwest Iowa in Minden, IA is seeking compassionate individuals to join our in-home caregiving team. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide non-medical support to clients in their own homes, helping them stay independent with dignity.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation and willing to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Drive or accompany clients to errands, appointments, or activities.
• Offer medication reminders (non-clinical).
• Support with bathing, hygiene, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs.
• Ensure home safety and fall prevention.
• Offer respite care for family caregivers.
