HomeCare Advocacy Network of Southwest Iowa is seeking compassionate individuals to join our in-home caregiving team in the Mills County area. Provide non-medical support, companionship, and help clients live safely and with dignity at home.

We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, paid training, and a supportive team culture as you help clients maintain independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Drive or accompany clients to errands, appointments, or activities.
• Offer medication reminders (non-clinical).
• Support with bathing, hygiene, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs.
• Ensure home safety and fall prevention.
• Offer respite care for family caregivers.
