Stand Out Home Care is growing across Tennessee and we’re looking for experienced, dependable caregivers who are ready to make a difference!

We offer $16.00–$17.50 per hour, weekly pay, and both full-time and part-time opportunities. PTO begins accruing after 30 days, with a 90-day performance evaluation and insurance benefits after 60 days. You’ll have the chance to work with clients throughout Tennessee, supported by a helpful office and scheduling team.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings.

Mansioni

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
