Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is expanding across Tennessee and is seeking experienced, dependable caregivers who are ready to make a difference in clients' daily lives. Our in-home care keeps people safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, with private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES program participants.

We offer $16.00–$17.50 per hour with weekly pay, plus both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete background/compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
