Job summary
Stand Out Home Care is expanding across Tennessee and seeking experienced caregivers to join our growing team. We offer flexible full-time and part-time opportunities with weekly pay and a supportive scheduling office.
Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $17.50 per hour, with PTO after 30 days and benefits after 60 days. Our caregivers help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home, delivering compassionate, client-focused care across VA and CHOICES programs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required
- Dependable, professional and compassionate
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow client care plans and instructions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living
- Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
- Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and supervision
- Running errands and assisting with daily routines
- Following individualized client care plans
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
- Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member
