Stand Out Home Care is hiring experienced, dependable caregivers to provide in-home care across Tennessee. Our caregivers help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, serving private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES participants.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience
• Dependable, professional and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Able to complete required background and compliance screenings

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member
