Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in Tennessee is growing and seeking experienced caregivers to join our team. We provide in-home care to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes across the state.

We offer $16.00–$17.50 per hour with weekly pay for both full-time and part-time roles. Benefits include PTO after 30 days, an early 90-day performance review, and insurance options after 60 days, with scheduling support and opportunities for growth as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
