Stand Out Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers to support clients in their own homes across Tennessee. Join a growing team providing personalized in-home care to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent.

We offer hourly pay in the range of $16.00–$17.50, weekly pay, and both full-time and part-time opportunities. Benefits begin after milestones, with ongoing growth as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
