Job summary

Caretech is seeking in-home caregivers to help clients live independently in their own homes. You will provide compassionate care, support daily activities, and build meaningful relationships.

No caregiving experience? That's okay—if you bring compassion and reliability, we’ll train you. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and on-going support to help you grow within the role.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• CPR/First Aid Certification (Caretech offers reimbursement).
• Valid Driver's License or State ID.
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening.
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful, but not required.
• Experience with transfers, gait belts or Hoyer lifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help people continue living life on their terms, in the comfort of their own homes.
• Helping with bathing, dressing and personal care.
• Assisting with mobility, transfers and getting around safely.
• Preparing meals and helping around the home.
• Providing companionship and conversation.
• Helping clients remain safe and independent at home.
• Offering encouragement, patience and a helping hand.
• Sometimes the smallest things make the biggest difference.
