Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors seeks caring caregivers to deliver in-home support to seniors in Westminster, CO. Our caregivers are at the center of our mission, providing compassionate, personalized care that helps clients feel safe, respected, and connected.

As a caregiver, you will assist with daily activities, prepare meals, manage medications as directed, provide companionship, and document changes for the care team. No prior experience required; training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to provide two forms of ID and work eligibility documentation.
• Willingness to enroll in direct deposit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized care in clients’ homes.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks based on client needs.
• Manage and administer medications as directed.
• Provide companionship through conversation and engaging activities.
• Observe and report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
