Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking compassionate caregivers to deliver high-quality in-home care to clients in Colorado. You will assist with daily activities, prepare meals, manage medications, and provide companionship while upholding safety and dignity.

No formal caregiving experience required, but reliability, punctuality, and a valid driver's license help. Training provided; flexible schedules with part-time and full-time opportunities; starting wage is competitive.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Reliable transportation with ability to drive.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to provide two forms of ID and work eligibility documentation.
• Willingness to enroll in direct deposit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized care in clients’ homes.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks based on client needs.
• Manage and administer medications as directed.
• Provide companionship through conversation and engaging activities.
• Observe and report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
