Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors in Colorado is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support, helping clients stay independent and safe.

Applicants must be 18+, have a High School Diploma or GED, be reliable and punctual, and have access to transportation. No prior experience required. You will need 2 forms of ID and enrollment in direct deposit. We offer flexible schedules and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.

• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to drive or access to reliable transportation.
• Prior experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation.
• Direct deposit enrollment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks, as needed.
• Manage medication schedules and administer medications as prescribed.
• Engage in conversation and activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
