Home Instead is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home support for older adults. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and safe transportation.

Caregivers offer companionship, engage clients in meaningful activities, and support family members with regular communication. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum three professional references.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing; bilingual encouraged.
• Vehicle required for traveling to client homes in the greater Pittsburgh area.

Pay & Benefits

• $15.00–$16.00/hr, plus $1/hr for weekend visits*
• Opportunity to earn up to $18.00/hr after your first 8 weeks**
• Weekly pay with direct deposit

*Weekend visits start between Saturday 12:01AM and Sunday 11:59PM

**To be considered for the wage increase, you must meet Honor's requirements as a driver (valid U.S. drivers' license and clean driving record), have more than 6 months of paid/professional caregiving experience, work 20 visits in your first 8 weeks of employment, and remain in good standing with Honor. The $18.00 is for select regions and applies to weekend shifts with high transfer clients
