Job summary

Mind & Mobility is seeking a compassionate CNA/Home Health Aide to provide high-quality, in-home support in Land O Lakes, FL. The role covers personal care, ADLs, mobility, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship.

This PRN position offers flexible scheduling to align with caregiver availability and client needs, with a focus on independent living and dignity in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of professional caregiving or home care experience.
• CNA license, HHA certificate, or verifiable medical background preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with meal preparation and cooking according to dietary needs and restrictions.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing the client's living space.
• Monitor and record vital signs, medication reminders, and medical documentation as required.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
• Provide errands or transportation as needed.
