Golden Heart Senior Care Franchise, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors and veterans in the Des Moines area. Shifts include day, evening, and weekends with paid drive time and paid training to start within a week of applying.

We value compassionate, reliable individuals who can assist with ADLs, meal prep, transport, and medication reminders, delivering high-quality care in clients’ homes and supporting independence and comfort.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required for all roles).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, reliable, and willing to learn on the job and the specific needs of the individual served.

Responsibilities

• Personal care and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs).
• Meal preparation, housekeeping, and home management tasks.
• Transportation to appointments and community activities.
• Medication reminders (online training on systems provided).
• Documentation of services provided. Encouraging independence and supporting client goals.
• Ensuring a safe and supportive environment throughout shifts.

CNAs or Caregivers can apply for this job, we are looking for compassionate workers who are able to assist with dressing, bathing, toileting, and companionship care within the home to take care of seniors who want ot age in place

We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
