Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Des Moines metro team. We offer full-time day, afternoon, and weekend shifts with immediate hiring.

Compensation is $20–$22 per hour with paid training and a supportive, nurse-led care environment. Qualified CNAs provide compassionate personal care and assist with daily living activities across the Des Moines area.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in good standing on the Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance is preferred.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful personal care.
