We are hiring Bilingual (Spanish/English) Caregivers to work 1:1 patient care in client homes in the Orlando, FL area. We offer a variety of PRN hours, benefits (for those who qualify), flexible schedules, and weekly pay.

Responsibilities

The Home and Community-Based Services Aide provides support, assistance with personal hygiene, and household tasks to enable individuals to remain in their own homes.

• Report observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager. Notify immediately of any incidents or accidents.
• Drive safely, comply with traffic laws, and wear a seat belt during travel.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hair care, oral care, nail care, skin care, transfers, and toileting assistance.
• Assist with household tasks essential to the client's personal care.

Education and Experience

Experience Desired

• Six months of home care experience preferred
• Successful completion of a competency evaluation

License Requirements

• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, access to reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification

State Specific Requirements

• For FL: Completion of at least 40 hours of training as required by the Agency for Health Care Administration or passing the home health aide competency test (Form AHCA 3110-1007)

Skill Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
• Ability to work independently in any home situation, regardless of the client's background
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills
