Upon completion of our Foundations training program and successfully obtaining your insurance licenses and AHIP Certification, you will build community relationships, drive self-generated sales, and meet sales goals and metrics while working independently. You will be interacting with Humana’s customers, external business partners, and the community through face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic interactions. Face-to-face interactions will include grassroots marketing, community events, and visiting prospects in their homes.
Our Medicare Sales Field Agents sell individual health plan products and educate beneficiaries on our services in a field setting. Some of our additional products include Life, Annuity, Indemnity, Dental, Vision, Prescription, and more.
We will pay for your insurance training program and licensing fees, along with the cost of obtaining your AHIP certification. Additionally, we will provide extensive virtual and in-market training. During our training, you will receive a base salary and a monthly guarantee.

Schedule: Meetings with members may vary on nights and weekends. Flexibility is essential.
Training: The training period lasts approximately 8-9 weeks, and attendance is mandatory.
Interview Format:
We use Modern Hire for our hiring interviews, which allows us to connect quickly and gather relevant information. If selected, you will receive an email invitation for a prescreen interview, involving answering questions over the phone and recording responses. This process takes about 15 minutes. Successful candidates will be contacted with next steps.

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Pay Range: $31,800 - $43,800 annually, based on location and experience. The position is eligible for a performance-based commission incentive plan.
