Job Description:

The Associate Sales Representative for our CCA (Caribbean Central America) Organization plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies.

This entry-level position is designed for individuals looking to start their career in sales and offers opportunities for growth within the organization.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage inbound/outbound sales calls and emails to quote prices and place orders for products and services, ensuring daily and quarterly sales goals are met.
  • Enter orders and track order status.
  • Understand the importance of customer satisfaction for territory and corporate success.
  • Manage the resolution of routine, non-complex issues under guidance.
  • Answer customer questions regarding pricing, product availability, and shipping or service issues related to orders.
  • Display understanding of customer experience from relationship development to issue resolution.
  • Attend TD SYNNEX and vendor partner trainings as assigned.
  • Engage in vendor and customer engagement activities outside of work hours as part of total account ownership.
  • Represent TD SYNNEX professionally in daily interactions with partners and customers.
Other Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain attendance and punctuality standards.
What We're Looking For:
  • HS diploma/GED plus 1 year relevant experience OR 2-year degree.
  • Proficient in English (level B2 or higher).
  • Experience in multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage price negotiations and understand profit culture.
  • Build effective working relationships.
  • Work constructively under stress and deadlines.
  • Respond politely to calls and greet partners courteously.
  • Adapt readily to change.
  • Basic proficiency with relevant computer applications.
  • Maintain confidentiality and a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic clerical and data entry skills.
Other Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or IT preferred.
  • Current sales organization affiliation preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
