Job summary

Fedelta Home Care is seeking a compassionate in-home caregiver to support clients in their own homes. You will follow individualized care plans and assist with activities of daily living, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed.

The role requires CN A/HCA/HHA/NAR credentials and a minimum of six months of industry experience, with strong English communication and professionalism in all client interactions.

Qualifications

• Requires CN A/HCA/HHA/NAR credentials in good standing.
• Minimum six months of industry-related experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Follow the client’s individualized care plan as directed by supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, and transportation as needed.
• Support client with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Maintain accurate client records and report changes to care managers.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and respectful home environment for clients.
