Job summary

365 Health Services is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support clients at home who may be unable to care for themselves due to age, illness, or disability. You will deliver physical care, emotional support, and help with daily activities in a respectful, dignified manner.

Responsibilities include light housekeeping, errands, transportation, meal prep, medication assistance, and providing companionship. A high school diploma is preferred and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to pass Criminal Background check.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide light housekeeping, run errands, or transportation as needed.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with medications.
• Prepare meals and provide personal assistance with daily living needs.
• Provide companionship and conversation to clients.
