Employees are also eligible to enroll in an employer‑sponsored retirement plan after 6 months of service (21 years of age). Accrued paid time off (up to 75 hours per year based on tenure), as well as paid holidays (see holiday schedule) are available for employees who have worked at least 1 year with the company, and work 30 hours per week.
