Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers in Wisconsin to provide companionship and trusted support to clients in their own homes. This role offers a flexible schedule with part-time and full-time options and an hourly wage of 17 to 18 dollars, with morning availability from 7am to 1pm.

You will help with daily activities, accompany clients to appointments, and report changes in health and needs.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient caregiving approach.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to clients.
• Assist with daily activities like meals, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Accompany clients to appointments and provide transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health and needs.
