• Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong communication and documentation skills (in-app).
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care for older adults.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).
• Offer companionship and monitor client health needs.
• Document care activities and communicate with supervisors.
• Participate in paid training and ongoing education.

If you have experience assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), and companionship, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay & Benefits

$18-$25 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and shift

• $300 signing bonus after successfully completing 100 hours

Qualifications & Requirements
