Senior Helpers in Aliso Viejo, CA is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one care to seniors in the local area. You will assist with daily activities, offer companionship, and follow detailed care plans to ensure client well-being.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Help with IADLs: meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, errands, and transportation
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow care plans and report changes in client condition

Pay & Benefits

• $18-$25 per hour, paid biweekly via direct deposit
• $300 signing bonus after successfully completing 100 hours

Caregiver Requirements

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Active California HCA registration or willingness to complete the registration process
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal) is a plus, but not required
• Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility
• Strong communication and documentation skills (written and in-app)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• CNA, HHA, or similar certifications preferred (not required)
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including some weekends
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
