Qualifikationen

• Active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration with CDSS or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation and California driver’s license with auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and TB test.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience as a caregiver, CNA, or HHA — OR completion of a CNA program

• Active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration with CDSS (or willingness to obtain)

• Reliable transportation

• Valid California driver's license and auto insurance

• Ability to pass a background check and TB test

Nice to Have

• Experience with dementia, Alzheimer's, or post-stroke care

• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
