Senior Helpers in Orange, CA is seeking compassionate Weekends Caregivers to support clients at home, helping maintain independence with personalized care. Flexible options for full-time or part-time schedules are available, and you will join a team focused on compassion, professionalism, and quality care.

A reliable driver with a valid license is required, as is Gaining California HCA registration or willingness to complete it.

Qualifications

• Active California HCA registration or willingness to complete the registration process
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Experience with ADLs and iADLs preferred
• CNA or HCA certification is a plus, but not required
• Physically able to assist with mobility and transfers, if necessary
• Must be at least 18 years old; high school diploma or GED required

Weekends Caregiver

Previous Caregiving Experience Required

• Experience with both ADLs and iADLs preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Valid driver’s license, Insurance and reliable transportation preferred
• CNA or HCA certification is a plus, but not required

Pay & Benefits

$18-$25 per hour (based on experience and client need)

• $300 signing bonus after successfully completing 100 hours

Caregiver Requirements

• Physically able to assist with mobility and transfers, if necessary
• Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs and lift up to 30 lbs
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including some weekends
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
