Job summary

CareDiem Home Care is seeking compassionate and skilled caregivers to help clients live safely at home. If you enjoy caring for others and want a supportive work environment, we want you!

Your responsibilities will include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, and companionship. Requirements include 1+ year caregiving experience and CPR/First Aid certification.

We offer bi-weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA/HHA certification preferred but not required.
• Comfortable with smartphone apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing and dressing.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, continence care)
• Mobility/transfers & fall prevention

• Medication reminders
• Companionship & safety supervision
• Use care app to clock in & out and document care

Requirements

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or senior living community)
• CNA/HHA preferred, but not required
• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization
• TB test, background check, drug screen
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Comfortable with or willing to learn smartphone apps
