Right at Home Cleveland East is seeking caregivers for the Eastern Suburbs of Cleveland. We value compassionate individuals and offer opportunities to provide in-home care with flexible shifts and strong support from the team.

Starting pay is $15/hr with benefits including paid training, paid time off, and ongoing caregiver training. We strive to match clients and provide a rewarding work environment with incentives and events.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of verifiable caregiver experience in a facility or agency setting.
• Valid Driver License.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reliable and dependable transportation - must have own vehicle.
• Hoyer lift experience is a plus; training available.

Aufgaben

• Drive clients to doctor's appointments, errands, and activities.
• Assist clients with ambulation.
• Prevent client falls through safety and supervision.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Prepare/cook meals for clients.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Help clients meet nutritional standards.
• Provide companionship to clients.

Here at Right at Home Cleveland East we are looking for Caregivers who have a genuine love for people. We strongly believe in serving our Caregivers, Clients, and our Community! In order to maintain a healthy work environment, we make every effort to communicate with our Caregivers and clients

Pay and Benefits :

• Starting rate of $15/hr
• Same Day Pay
• We have flexible Hours (4hr - 12hr shifts with overnights available, we staff 24/7!)

Caregiver Responsibilities Include
