Job summary

Right at Home Cleveland East is seeking caring caregivers to provide in-home support in the Eastern Suburbs of Cleveland. Join a team that prioritizes the well-being of caregivers, clients, and the community and offers training and development opportunities.

We offer starting pay at $15/hr with flexible shifts (4–12 hours), 24/7 staffing, and same-day pay. Training, PTO, and ongoing caregiver development are provided to help you deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of verifiable caregiver experience in a facility or agency setting.
• Valid Driver License.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and own vehicle.
• Hoyer lift experience is a plus; we will train as well!

Responsibilities

• Drive clients to doctor’s appointments, errands, and activities.
• Assist clients with ambulation.
• Prevent client falls through safety and supervision.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Prep/cook meals for clients.
• Light housekeeping.
• Help client meet nutritional standards.
• Provide companionship to clients.
