Job summary

Home Instead in Treasure Valley, Idaho is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors remain safe, independent, and connected in their own homes. This in-person role offers a flexible schedule with shifts from 4 to 12 hours and opportunities to grow with ongoing training.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S., have reliable transportation, be able to lift 25 lbs, and communicate effectively in English. Training is provided and support is available from an experienced office team.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates from all walks of life — whether you have prior caregiving experience or not. Training is provided!

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record for the past 3 years. Must be willing to transport clients as part of job duties.
• Able to lift 25 lbs and work at least 10 hours per week.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English to perform essential job functions.
