A senior care services provider in New Jersey is seeking a Part-Time Care Professional to enhance the lives of aging adults. The role includes companionship, light housekeeping, and providing medication reminders. No previous experience is necessary as training is provided. This position offers flexible scheduling, 401K options, and various incentives. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance if driving clients.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and conversation to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Remind clients of medications and appointments.
• Care for seniors and their property with dignity.
• Treat and care for clients and their property with dignity.
• Communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner.
• Complete background checks and screenings as required.
• Possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance if driving.

Overview

PART-TIME CARE PROFESSIONAL (12-16 Hours per week). Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate CARE PROFESSIONALS to join our team and help enhance the lives of aging adults in our community. We provide non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home with dignity, care, and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Alzheimer’s Care
• Treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance (required if driving clients)

No previous experience necessary - skills training provided by Home Instead
