Job summary

Home Instead is hiring CAREGivers to help seniors live safely and independently at home. You’ll build meaningful relationships, provide compassionate in-home support, and make a real difference every day.

No caregiving experience? No problem — we offer PAID training, flexible 4–6 hour shifts, and growth opportunities in a friendly, team-oriented environment. This is a part-time, in-person role serving Corona del Mar, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach and nearby cities.

Qualifications

• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) or willing to obtain registration.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• BLS, First Aid, CPR, and AED are a plus (not required).
• No experience? That’s okay! We provide all the training you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Drive clients to appointments and errands
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Personal care assistance
• Help with dressing, grooming, and mobility
