Home Instead in Boise is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe, independent, and connected in their own homes. This non-medical caregiving role offers flexible hours, with full-time and part-time opportunities, and a chance to form meaningful relationships in the community.

You’ll provide companionship, assist with personal care, remind about medications, prepare meals, and help with light housekeeping and transportation.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Able to lift 25 lbs and perform light housekeeping
• Willing to transport clients to appointments and activities
• Background check and DMV screening required
• No medical background necessary for non-medical caregiving

What We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates from all walks of life — whether you have prior caregiving experience or not. Training is provided!

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record for the past 3 years. Must be willing to transport clients as part of job duties.
• Able to lift 25 lbs and work at least 10 hours per week.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English to perform essential job functions.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Pass a nationwide background check & DMV screening.
• Adherence to professional dress code.

Important Notes

• Offers of employment are contingent upon background and driving record screening.
• Orientation training is required for all new hires.
• This is an in-person role — with flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays available.
