Ideal candidates will have at least one year of scheduling experience, a high school diploma, and strong interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in office scheduling or coordination preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedules employees as directed by the client's care plan established upon intake.
• Creates and maintains work schedules in the scheduling system; manages changes due to client needs.
• Provides alternate coverage to ensure the client's care plan is followed and services are not interrupted.
• Supervises direct service employees and enforces company policies and guidelines.
• Assists with the new hire process and ensures all documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintains effective communication with central admissions and other departments.
