Job summary

United Energy Workers Healthcare is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team as 1099 Independent Contractors. You will deliver compassionate in-home care, perform assessments, educate families, and coordinate with case managers to ensure a seamless plan of care.

You will travel to patients' homes, provide ADL support, administer medications as prescribed, and document with our EMR system. BLS and an active RN license are required.

Qualifications

Active RN license in the state of practice.
Willingness to travel to patients' homes.
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments in patients' homes.
Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Provide ADL support with dignity and respect.
Coordinate with case managers and physicians to align care.
Document care in the EMR accurately and timely.
Report changes in patient condition to the care team.
