Help At Home, LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals in Michigan to help seniors live independently. Starting payrate is $17 per hour, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits including healthcare, hazard pay, and time off.

No experience is required, and the role supports clients in their homes and the community. Responsibilities include assisting clients with care plans, promoting independence, and working in various community settings.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Dedication to professional development, including state-required training.
• Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting clients with their community goals as written in their plan of care.
• Providing community living supports to increase or maintain personal self-sufficiency and independence.
• Supports provided in the participant's residence or in community settings (libraries, pools, camps, etc.).
