Help At Home, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Missouri to provide one-on-one in-home support to seniors and people with disabilities. You will assist with daily activities, offer companionship, and help build a safe, engaging home environment.

The role emphasizes reliability, flexible hours, and compassionate care, with emphasis on HIPAA-like privacy and respectful client engagement. Prior experience valued; training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Access to insured and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to build relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Flexibility to spend evenings and weekends caring for clients with dignity and patience.

Responsabilités

• In-Home Assistance– Help clients with day-to-day activities like meals, cleaning, dressing, grooming, laundry, bathing, toileting, and other basic activities.
• Companionship– Engage clients in activities and accompany them to appointments, errands, and events.
• Community Building– Communicate with families and staff to ensure safe and positive living environments.
