Qualifications

At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.
Assist with daily living activities (cooking, cleaning, personal care, transportation).
Encourage participation in social and community activities.
Help individuals achieve personal goals and independence.
Document care, activities, and progress accurately.
Communicate with team to ensure consistent, quality support.
