IntelliChoice Home Care is hiring a Direct Support Professional to provide 1:1 hands-on care in homes and communities. You’ll assist with daily living tasks, maintain a calm, dependable presence, and follow care plans to support families in achieving comfort and stability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or college transcript/degree.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Proof of auto insurance.
