• Willingness to travel within territory (~60% travel).
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage schedules for in-home care workers and clients.
• Provide alternate coverage to ensure care plans are followed.
• Support agency staff to deliver high-quality services.
• Perform in-home visits and supervisory visits as required by state regulation.
