Addus HomeCare, Inc. in Jackson, TN is seeking an energetic Scheduling Supervisor to manage and supervise in-home care workers and clients across multiple counties.

This full-time role includes regular office hours with rotating on-call one weekend per month, and travel within the territory is required. Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of office experience.
• EVV experience or familiarity with Electronic Visit Verification preferred.
• 1 year of caregiving/personal care is desirable.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills and ability to work in multiple systems.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system and manages changes due to client requests, illness, vacation or leaves of absence.
• Provides alternate coverage to ensure the client's care plan is followed and services are not interrupted.
• Supports agency staff in delivering high quality services that align with the client's care plan.
• Performs in-home visits in accordance with state regulation, including new admissions and routine supervisory visits.
• Assists in reportable event management and coordinates with internal and external departments.
• Willingness to travel within territory; approx. 60% travel, 45% in office.
• Other duties as assigned.
