Job summary

Addus HomeCare, Inc. in Knoxville, TN is seeking a full-time supervisor to schedule and oversee in-home care workers across a geographic territory.

You will enter schedules, adjust shifts, ensure care plans are followed, and provide coverage as needed to keep client services uninterrupted. The role requires at least one year in scheduling or health care administration, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and willingness to travel about 35% within the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year scheduling, administrative and health care experience required.
• EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates and manages staff schedules and adjusts shifts as needed.
• Provides alternate coverage to ensure care plans are followed and services are uninterrupted.
• Supports agency staff to deliver high-quality services aligned with the client care plan.
• Performs in-home visits for admissions and supervisory visits as required by state regulations.
• Assist in reportable event management and coordinate with internal and external departments.
• Willingness to travel within territory; approximately 35%.
• Other duties as assigned.
