Job summary

Immaculate Homecare Services is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate in-home care, helping clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent. You’ll perform ADLs, transportation support, meal assistance, and medication reminders while building meaningful one-on-one relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability and compassionate patient care.
• CPR certification preferred and appreciated.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, incontinence.
• Help with transfers, ambulation, repositioning, and ROM exercises.
• Prepare meals per dietary needs and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with self-administered medications.
• Offer companionship through conversation and activities.
• Accompany clients to appointments and run errands as needed.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, and household organization.
• Observe and report changes to the Care Manager and complete shift documentation.
