Job summary

Immaculate Homecare Services in Massachusetts seeks compassionate CNAs to provide in-home personal care and daily living assistance. You will help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent, with a focus on empathy, respect, and high-quality companionship.

The role involves assisting with ADLs, transfers, meals, medication reminders, and light housekeeping, while documenting changes and coordinating with the Care Manager to ensure consistent, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
• Compassionate, dependable and patient demeanor is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support transfers, ambulation, repositioning, and ROM exercises.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with self-administered meds.
• Offer companionship and engage clients with activities and conversations.
• Accompany clients to appointments and run errands as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Observe changes in client condition and report to Care Manager.
• Complete accurate documentation at end of shift.
